The International Poultry Welfare Alliance (IPWA) invites students from around the world to submit their original research for the 2026 Student Award of Excellence, a competition designed to showcase innovation and leadership in poultry welfare. 

This competition aims to provide a global platform for students to present cutting-edge research that advances animal welfare. Abstracts will be accepted that reflect the diversity of global poultry welfare science.

The winner and selected finalists will receive international recognition at the Poultry Sustainability & Welfare Summit, which is scheduled to take place from 21-24 September 2026 in Atlanta, Georgia, where they will present their work.
