Energy is a major cost component in diets for high performing ?animals, such as broilers. Nutritional emulsifiers can be used to improve fat digestibility and thus improve the energy efficiency. As a result, lower energy diets can be formulated, with birds ?keeping the same performance. This leads to lower feed cost and more economical and sustainable production.
