There is a huge amount of information about the choline content of feeds based on chemical analysis. Choline content varies between ingredients, between countries and from year to year. As this wasn’t enough, it has also been revealed that the techniques used to measure choline content in feed are not giving reliable enough results. A new approach is needed.
