Developed in partnership with Eggbase, the new app follows the phase-out of PRIMA and offers farmers an intuitive entry point into digital flock management across commercial layers, broilers, parent stock, and rearing operations.
Eggsense Lite has been built with the practicalities of farm life in mind. Its lightweight design focuses on the essentials: keeping data entry quick, simple, and easily accessible on the move. Available in an expanding range of languages, the app supports producers wherever they are, whether in the barn or out on the farm.
At its core, Eggsense Lite enables farmers to record 5 fundamental indicators:
- Daily egg numbers
- Egg weight
- Bodyweight
- Mortality
- Feed consumption
All fields can be customised to reflect individual farm needs, and entries automatically save locally when working offline, ensuring that no data is lost even in areas with unreliable connectivity.
The app also transforms raw flock data into accessible visual insights. Users can scroll through clear, mobile-friendly graphs, rotate their device for a horizontal view, zoom in to analyse trends, and switch between poultry houses with ease.
These visual tools help producers spot performance changes early, supporting more timely and informed flock management decisions. Importantly, Eggsense Lite maintains the same high data security standards as the full Eggsense platform, protecting sensitive farm information.
