South Korea: Chicken inventory up

Chicken production in South Korea is expected to increase in 2020 as the industry increased its parent stock broiler inventory in 2019 to meet the expected extra demand for chicken. Broiler and hybrid chickens account for about 93% of Korean poultry production.
