Towards the end of the recently completed cycle, our layer farm manager resigned. We had 6 weeks to find a replacement, and fortunately, we succeeded. He started with great enthusiasm, and after a few weeks, I have a good feeling about it. The free-range hens produced over 88 weeks more than 16.6 million eggs, or 422 eggs per hen housed.
