New European IBV strains show antigenic correlation
Preliminary results show an antigenic correlation between the Fa-6881/97 or AZ-27/98 serotype of IBV, isolated in 1997-’98 in Italy and the so-called “It-02” demonstrated to be serological similar if not identical but antigencially different from most serotypes know worldwide.
