As many of you may know, the delay in this year’s harvest due to wet weather conditions in the US has caused some serious concerns regarding the quality of grains, as well as possible consequences that this may have for both grain and animal industries. It seems that this weather has provided some favorable conditions (e.g. high moisture) for mold growth and potential subsequent mycotoxin production. Producers are recommended to take precautionary steps before incorporating this year corn
