Research by UK-based BioCote and Anglia Autoflow has shown that silver antimicrobial protection can help reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The secret lies in the silver coating, although hardly visible. By Anglia Autoflow  Campylobacter is the most common cause of food poisoning in humans and is commonly found in the guts of chickens.
